Recruitment Direct is seeking a Swedish Technical Sales Representative for Cloud Security in Barcelona. The role offers a base salary of €28,500 plus up to €9,000 in gross annual bonus and a hybrid working model in Barcelona.

You will be the first contact for EMEA businesses, driving outbound sales, qualifying needs, and guiding customers toward the right solutions. You’ll work toward personal and team targets in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• BA/BS degree, technical degree preferred.
• Swedish (C2) and English (C1) proficiency.
• Min. 3 years B2B sales or business development in outbound IT sales.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and Cloud Platform.
• Ability to map business needs to cloud solutions and meet quotas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Hit quarterly KPIs and maintain activity levels.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
• Execute outbound prospecting via calls and emails.
• Educate customers on solutions and guide them to the right path.
• Understand pain points and map to Cloud solutions.
• Maintain data in Salesforce; manage leads, accounts and opportunities.
• Work toward team and individual KPI goals.
