Veepee, a pioneer in online flash sales, is seeking a Support & Development Engineer to join the Support L2 team. The role blends 50% advanced incident resolution with 50% development of small features, internal tools, and automations to boost the team’s technical autonomy.

You will fix endpoints, develop in PHP and/or .NET, work with SQL and PostgreSQL, and contribute to AI-powered support tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in technical support or development roles
• Experience in PHP and/or .NET stack and SQL databases
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and knowledge of Freshdesk is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Support (L2): resolve advanced tickets, review code, run SQL queries, update documentation
• Develop (L2/3 tasks): create endpoints for internal tools, fix bugs in PHP/.NET, build internal support tools
• Develop AI-powered tools for Support (MCP projects)
• Contribute ideas for applying AI to support processes
• Document technical solutions for non-technical users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Maintain product catalog/taxonomy attributes across platforms
• Operate Freshdesk at script level and manage ticket workflows
• Monitor deployments/products with Kibana or Grafana
