Revup Payments is seeking an experienced AI Engineering Team Lead (Agents & Developer Productivity) to guide a talented engineering group, while remaining hands‑on, and to embed AI capabilities across the organization.

You will drive AI‑powered design for code generation, testing, incident analysis, and payment method integrations, ensuring robust, scalable software and secure architectures.

Formación

• 6+ years with Java as primary language and 7+ years in software engineering.
• 4+ years leading hybrid onshore/offshore engineering teams.
• Proven experience in fintech or payment industries with high‑availability systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team focused on AI adoption.
• Design, develop, and evolve AI‑powered solutions and AI agents.
• Contribute hands‑on to system design, reviews, and AI‑driven capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI across the SDLC (code generation, testing, debugging, incident analysis).
• Architect scalable, secure systems combining backend engineering with AI components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases with measurable impact.
• Establish best practices for AI production, observability, cost control, and reliability.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and mentor developers for AI workflows.
• Ensure security/regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA) for AI implementations.
