Vinted is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer, Help Experience, to design, build, and improve backend systems supporting support agents. You will enhance Vinted’s internal ticketing tools, streamline workflows, and back automation that speeds resolution.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals in backend systems.
• Experience designing and maintaining production-grade software.
• Willingness to learn Ruby on Rails (Rails experience a plus).
• Ability to drive improvements and work in cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build backend features to help support agents resolve member issues quickly.
• Improve and rearchitect the internal ticketing platform.
• Build scalable, reliable systems for high volumes of messages and tickets.
• Contribute to automation and AI-powered solutions for routing and resolution.
• Own features end-to-end from discovery to deployment and follow-up.
• Collaborate with engineers through pairing, design reviews, and code reviews.
