Job summary

Join in Barcelona is seeking a Storage Solutions Sales Advisor to guide customers through space optimization, from moving homes to expanding a business. This is a consultative, customer-first role focused on recommendations and stress-free choices.

The position offers a base salary of €1600 gross per month on a 39h contract, with a training bonus of €100 and a future sales commission. After three months on-site onboarding, up to three days of remote work and a permanent contract after probation

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and a people-focused approach.
• Native-level proficiency in Flemish and English.
• Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support potential customers with guidance on storage options.
• Follow up with warm leads to aid decision making.
• Understand needs and recommend unit size and services.
• Explain pricing, availability and promotions clearly.
• Build rapport and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations for smooth move-in.
• Share ideas and best practices with the team.
