UST is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for our Madrid hybrid team. You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Business Request Catalogue and ticketing processes.

You will enhance self-service portals, write reusable scripts, and drive integrations to streamline onboarding and request management. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CS/IT and at least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, with strong JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP, and ITIL

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science / IT.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development, JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP, and ITIL processes.
• Experience with Service Portal development and widget creation.
• Familiarity with integration patterns (MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on business request/catalogs and ticketing processes.
• Develop self-service portal components, including widgets and forms, to improve UX.
• Create, optimise, and maintain server-side and client-side scripts.
• Implement integrations to streamline onboarding and request management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Support testing, documentation, deployment, and release activities in Agile cycles.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes across environments.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, security, governance and enterprise architecture.
