NN Digital Hub Iberia S.L. in Madrid is seeking a Medior ServiceNow Developer to build and support scoped applications, integrate new functionalities, and guide other teams on ServiceNow best practices.

You will work with cross‑functional teams on customer projects in a hybrid environment. The role requires 2–4 years of ServiceNow development experience, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in developing scoped applications and integrating new functionalities.
• Strong communicator capable of translating technical concepts into business value.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and maintenance of custom ServiceNow apps.
• Ensure architecture, data separation, and security best practices.
• Design workflows, notifications, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure business needs are met.
• Support deployment through Source Control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist in platform lifecycle management including upgrades and maintenance.
