UST, a multinational technology company, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for our Madrid hybrid role. You will design, develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, with focus on Business Request Catalogue, Case Management, and ticketing processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript, Glide API, and ITIL knowledge, plus experience with Service Portal widgets, REST/SOAP, and integration work. Join a team-based, Agile environment in Madrid.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform development and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Glide API, REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with Service Portal development and widget creation.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• CSA certification required; other ServiceNow certs desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on Business Request Catalogue and ticketing processes.
• Develop self-service portal components, including widgets and forms.
• Create and maintain server-side and client-side scripts.
• Implement integrations for onboarding and request management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Support testing, documentation, deployment, and release in Agile cycles.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis across environments.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM standards and security requirements.
