UST is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Madrid to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, with emphasis on Business Request Catalogue, Case Management, and Ticketing Systems. The role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, portal widgets, and integrations, with a collaborative, upgrade-safe approach.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong knowledge of Glide API, REST/SOAP, and ITIL familiarity.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, particularly within Business Request Catalogues, Case Management, and Ticketing Systems. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, delivering scalable, efficient, and upgrade-safe solutions in a financial services environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Understanding of integration patterns, including MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration techniques.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications are highly desirable.
Awareness of security, compliance, scalability, and governance requirements within regulated financial services environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, quality-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
Hybrid position in Madrid (3 days at client´s office, Sol area, next to the underground).
