Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Madrid is seeking a B2B Marketing Trainee to support the execution of B2B plans, develop materials, coordinate with departments and agencies, and assist with international trade shows in a dynamic, international environment. Ideal candidates have some marketing experience, a marketing or business degree, strong English, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

The role offers hands-on training, exposure to multinational teams, and opportunities to grow

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism Management or Business Administration.
Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
Very good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of digital, graphic and online collaboration tools will be considered a plus.
Basic copywriting skills, preferably in English.

Responsabilidades

Support the execution of the company’s B2B Marketing plans.
Develop and execute marketing materials in cooperation with different departments and agencies, including brochures, flyers, banners, e-mailings and presentations.
Drive innovation and advancement within the area by exploring and implementing cutting-edge tools and solutions.
Support the team in the planning and execution of international trade shows and trade events.
Source and coordinate new merchandising products in collaboration with agencies and international suppliers.
Support the B2B team in day-to-day business operations.
