HPE Spain is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to drive customer outcomes across hardware, software, and services. You will lead cross-functional teams and shape proposals that align with strategic business goals.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into technical designs, delivering compelling proposals, and guiding sales through complex opportunities. The position supports a two-day-per-week office presence within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• First-level university technical degree or equivalent qualifications.
• 8-12 years of technical experience in IT with a focus on technical consulting and solution selling.
• Knowledge-based certifications strongly preferred.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks and project management methodologies are helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in one or more solution domains and customer environments.
• Develops compelling customer proposals and reviews them with stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Quantifies business impact, positions value, and selects optimal solution to meet objectives.
• Provides input to global business units on IT trends, gaps, or needs.
• Translates business outcomes into functional and then technical designs that scale.
