TUI Musement in Cadiz, Spain is seeking a Port Operations Agent to independently oversee agency vessel operations for port calls, coordinating pilots, line handlers, and stevedores. You will manage ship clearance with authorities and arrange crew transport and provisioning for the cruise ship.

Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are required, along with a good academic background and a maritime interests. This hybrid, full-time role offers career progression within a global team.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
• Good academic background; maritime studies are desirable.
• Preferred previous experience as a Port Agent.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee agency vessel operations for port calls and coordinate pilots, line handlers and stevedores.
• Coordinate ship clearance with government officials and port authorities.
• Arrange transportation for crew and provisioning for cruises.
• Attend conference calls with vessels and cruise lines as required.
• Manage vessel entry/clearance procedures and invoicing documentation.
