Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services, a TUI-owned specialist, seeks a Port Delivery Agent in Gran Canaria to coordinate pier operations for cruise ships. You will act as the main point of contact for embarkation and debarkation, organize port services, and ensure smooth transportation logistics, including bus transfers, with shipboard personnel.

• Fully conversational in English and Spanish; additional languages (German, Dutch, French, Polish) beneficial.
• Driver's license and own car desirable but not mandatory.

• Lead and coordinate team leaders and regular staff during trainings and operations delivery at the port during turnaround operations.
• Work closely with shipboard personnel at the pier to manage embarkation and debarkation processes.
• Generate relevant operational documentation and assist with ground operations during unforeseen circumstances.
• Collaborate with HR on recruiting, hiring and training pier staff to maintain service excellence.
• Complete and submit post-operation reports based on internal company procedures.

Join our Operations & Delivery team as a Port Delivery Agent in Gran Canaria where you will be the main point of contact for the cruise line for embarkation and debarkation operations.

You will work as a team responsible for the preparation of the operation, ensuring a high standard and quality service to achieve the highest guest and client satisfaction.

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a TUI owned specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world. You will be assisting cruise lines and other clients on their daily operations.

A quick heads-up: This is a locally employed position, so you'll need the right to work in Spain and be based in or near Las Palmas before applying.
