Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services, a TUI-owned specialist, seeks a Port Delivery Agent in Gran Canaria to coordinate pier operations for cruise ships. You will act as the main point of contact for embarkation and debarkation, organize port services, and ensure smooth transportation logistics, including bus transfers, with shipboard personnel.

• Good administration skills with strong planning and organization abilities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities while planning ahead.
• Excellent soft skills including empathy, team building capabilities, communication skills, and being a good listener.
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly responsible, customer-oriented, and able to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills effectively.
• Fully conversational in English and Spanish; additional languages (German, Dutch, French, Polish) beneficial.
• Driver's license and own car desirable but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact with cruise ships to arrange, organize and prepare pier operations and services.
• Coordinate bus transfers, ensuring smooth transportation logistics.
• Lead and coordinate team leaders and regular staff during trainings and operations delivery at the port during turnaround operations.
• Work closely with shipboard personnel at the pier to manage embarkation and debarkation processes.
• Generate relevant operational documentation and assist with ground operations during unforeseen circumstances.
• Collaborate with HR on recruiting, hiring and training pier staff to maintain service excellence.
• Complete and submit post-operation reports based on internal company procedures.
