Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a Platform Specialist to oversee the Highspot platform, ensuring secure access, effective content governance, and an optimal user experience for sales enablement teams.

You will partner with Content Owners, Sales Enablement and Marketing to maintain platform integrity, monitor usage, and drive continuous improvement across markets. This hybrid role offers a flexible schedule and remote work options.

Formación

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with enterprise platforms like CRM, LMS or CMS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain the sales enablement platform, including user provisioning and permissions while ensuring data security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot access and permission issues.
• Manage licence utilisation and tracking.
• Maintain content governance, metadata, taxonomy and tagging structures.
• Archive outdated content and support content lifecycle management.
• Use reporting and analytics to monitor content health and discoverability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for platform inquiries and collaborate with multiple teams.
