Vodafone IoT seeks a Customer Solutions Specialist to manage bespoke customer demand, translating requirements into delivery plans and coordinating across Solution Architects, Product Management and Technology teams.

You will own backlog items, define user stories, and ensure governance, testing, readiness and handover are aligned with bid or project milestones. Strong communication and agile delivery experience are essential.

Formación

• It experience translating customer requirements into practical delivery requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery involving architecture, engineering and product teams.
• Strong delivery management skills including planning, RAID, dependencies and governance reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the front-to-Technology owner for bespoke customer demand and route through the correct delivery path.
• Coordinate interface between Customer Operations, Solution Architects, Product Management and Technology teams to shape requirements.
• Own and coordinate Technology impact assessments and translate requirements into clear delivery tasks.
• Manage the customer solutions backlog and track risks, dependencies, and delivery dates.
