Vodafone is seeking a Platform Specialist to oversee the day-to-day management, governance, and optimisation of the Highspot platform. You will ensure users access the right content, training, and guidance, while maintaining platform integrity and compliance.

Collaborating with Content Owners, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Learning functions, you will drive an excellent user experience and act as the operational owner of the platform across markets and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain the sales enablement platform, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot access and permission issues.
• Support licence management and utilisation tracking.
• Maintain content standards, metadata, taxonomy, and tagging structures.
• Archive outdated content and support content lifecycle management.
• Ensure alignment with governance policies and naming conventions.
• Utilise reporting and data analytics to monitor and improve content health and discoverability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for platform-related enquiries.
