FedEx is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead for Global Trade Services in Europe. You will drive the data, automation, and AI transformation, partnering with business leaders, operations, and IT to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact across the network.

You will lead change initiatives, promote innovation, and ensure adoption while coordinating with regional stakeholders and travel across Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives to evolve Global Trade Services into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization.
• Translate business needs into transformation opportunities and implementation initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of the GTS digital transformation roadmap.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business analysts, automation engineers, data scientists, product owners, and IT partners.
• Communicate transformation vision, progress, risks, and achievements.
