Job summary

RES in Spain is seeking a P&C Operations Director to oversee regional HR activities, reporting to the SVP, People and Culture Operations. The role focuses on administration, payroll, benefits and HRIS across the region, collaborating with business units and leaders to ensure efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate has global HR leadership, strong HRIS/TA knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication in English and Spanish, with some travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership or operations experience, ideally in a global company.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems and TA strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven change management and transformation experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global HR administration, payroll, benefits, and HRIS roadmap.
• Lead Talent Acquisition operations in collaboration with business partners.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Drive employee relations and HR process improvements.
• Partner with senior leadership to optimize P&C operations.
