Playitas, a Regional HR Director role, seeks an experienced HR leader to drive regional HR strategies in alignment with global directives across multiple properties in Spain. You will lead HR transformation, leadership development, and employer branding initiatives while managing budgets and governance.

The role requires 8+ years in HR leadership, fluent Spanish and strong English, with hospitality experience preferred.

Formación

Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
8+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in hospitality.
Strong background in HR strategy, transformation, and project management.
Experience in multi-site or international environments.
Fluent in Spanish and very good English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with global HR strategy.
Lead HR transformation and digitalization projects.
Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
Implement regional employer branding strategies and recruitment initiatives.
Support organizational growth and change management initiatives.
Oversee HR governance, KPIs, and employee engagement.
Work closely with International HR and implement global HR projects in own scope.
Manage HR budgets, forecast, payroll and resource allocation.
Lead and develop local HR teams across both properties.
