Bryq is seeking an Operations Manager to own day-to-day operational effectiveness across finance, HR, legal, facilities, and vendor management. You will build systems from scratch and streamline processes to prevent anything from falling through the cracks.

This broad, hands-on role rewards problem solving and initiative, with regular collaboration across teams and a hybrid working model that includes in-person team days.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in an operations, business management, or office management role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Google Workspace).
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operational processes across functions including HR administration, procurement, vendor management, and facilities.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve speed.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Support financial operations including budget tracking, expense management, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures across the business.
• Support HR operations including onboarding logistics, compliance tracking, and policy administration.
• Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior leadership.
