Ebury is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own the Service product area within Client Operations. The role is hybrid from Madrid, offering a chance to connect Service with Ebury’s wider operational systems and drive automation across processes.

You will map operational workflows, set long-term vision, and work with Engineering to deliver outcomes with measurable impact. A focus on data, AI, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential.

Formación

• Product Management: 2+ years in fintech or SaaS or equivalent transformation role.
• Understand platform/process interconnections and design for long-term scalability.
• Ability to map manual processes to automation opportunities.
• Familiarity with case-management or CRM contexts, not core to role.
• Data-driven with clear baselines, targets, and measurement of impact.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Service product area end-to-end within Client Operations.
• Define long-term vision for Service and its integration with other platforms.
• Map operational processes, identify standardisation and automation opportunities.
• Set outcomes and requirements for Engineering; drive high-quality delivery.
• Define success metrics and use data to prioritise work across teams.
• Connect the service platform to wider operational systems and leverage AI to remove manual work.
• Gather feedback, run Show & Tell, and be the go-to person for the product.
