Straumann Group in Madrid, Spain, seeks a senior Global Medical Education professional to drive end-to-end course materials programs in a hybrid work setting. You will lead lean initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and manage cost optimization across regions to improve training delivery and patient outcomes.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent, 5+ years in dentistry space, strong English, and the ability to travel. This position is based in Madrid with 2 remote days per week.

Formación

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree required.
• At least 5+ years in dentistry space within international medical device or healthcare settings.
• Proven track record in cost optimization, lean management and transformation.
• Experience in global matrix organizations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; MS Office competency.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation of course and demo materials concepts with internal and external partners.
• Drive lean management and optimization of materials portfolios across regions.
• Lead strategic cost optimization initiatives with cross-functional teams (finance, procurement, supply chain).
• Collaborate with global education, product management, and events teams; manage stakeholder relationships.
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and adoption of training models; travel ~15%.
