Tappx is seeking a Corporate Development & M&A Analyst to drive inorganic growth by identifying and structuring acquisition opportunities within the AdTech and technology ecosystems. You will originate deals, manage a dynamic pipeline, and collaborate with the CFO on analysis and execution.

Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline, engaging founders, and supporting due diligence and transaction documentation in a hybrid/remote setting in Spain.

Formación

• 2–4 years in Corporate Development, M&A, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Big Four or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities.
• Commercial initiative and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly build trust with new contacts.
• Autonomy to structure own work with minimal supervision.
• Rigour and attention to detail in gathering financial data.
• Genuine curiosity about business and technology sector.
• Familiarity with CRM or pipeline management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and map target companies in AdTech/technology that align with growth strategy.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of acquisition opportunities with clear prioritization.
• Conduct market research on funding rounds, M&A activity, key players and consolidation trends.
• Proactively contact founders to initiate exploratory conversations and articulate value.
• Prepare internal summaries for CFO and decision-making committee; support initial financial analyses.
• Assist in due diligence and coordinate with external advisors during deal execution.
• Periodically report pipeline status and next steps to the CFO.
