Camino Search is seeking an M&A Associate (Origination Focus) for Madrid, hybrid. The role centers on deal origination, market mapping, and proactive outreach to target software businesses while gaining exposure to due diligence and execution.

You will build a structured CRM pipeline, engage owners, and contribute to investment papers and post‑acquisition planning as targets progress.

Formación

• Internship experience in Transaction Services, M&A or origination/BD-focused role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and resilient with high-volume outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead market mapping and sector research to identify acquisition targets.
• Build and manage a proactive origination pipeline and prioritise targets.
• Initiate direct outreach to business owners and founders.
• Develop and maintain a structured CRM/pipeline of prospects.
• Represent the business in early-stage conversations with target companies.
• Support due diligence workstreams once targets progress.
• Prepare investment papers and board materials.
• Support post-acquisition planning with the team.
