Chubb European Group Ltd. in Madrid is seeking a motivated IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on end-user support across PCs, mobile devices, software, printing, and telephony to keep the workplace running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot Microsoft products, configure hardware, manage help-desk tickets, support office moves and software rollouts, and assist colleagues across EMEA when needed. Native Spanish and advanced English are required, and a proactive, service-minded approach is essential.

Formación

• Must have 3+ years in technical or end-user support roles.
• Solid PC hardware knowledge and genuine interest in technology and end-user support.
• Native Spanish with advanced English (C1) proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for PCs, laptops, phones, printers, smart devices, and digital scanners.
• Troubleshoot and support internal and external applications, including Microsoft products.
• Configure, build, and install hardware and software.
• Maintain desktop patching and antivirus updates.
• Set up meeting rooms, training rooms, and collaboration tools.
• Manage help desk tickets and update systems with documentation.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and desktop migrations.
• Work with vendors and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Support users across EMEA when required.
