Chubb is looking for an IT Support Analyst in Madrid to provide hands-on support for PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and applications. You will resolve incidents, configure hardware and software, and assist users to maintain a productive workplace.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical support, strong PC hardware knowledge, fluency in Spanish and English (C1). Mac OS or iOS and the CDS certification are a plus. We offer a broad benefits package and flexible work options.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or end-user support roles.
• Knowledge of Mac OS and Apple iOS is a plus.
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification is a plus.
• Native level in Spanish. Advanced level of English, with minimum C1 proficiency.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users at different technical levels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for PCs, laptops, phones, printers, smart devices, and digital scanners.
• Troubleshoot and support internal and external applications, including Microsoft products.
• Configure, build, and install hardware and software.
• Maintain desktop patching and antivirus updates.
• Set up meeting rooms, training rooms, and collaboration tools.
• Manage help desk tickets and update systems with relevant documentation.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and desktop migrations.
• Work with vendors and other IT teams to resolve issues.
• Support users across EMEA when required.
