Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid), seeks an Information and Documentation Management Specialist to oversee order placement, subcontracting, and budget tracking. You will monitor supplier shipments, prepare approval materials, and manage access to shared folders and domain tickets.

The role requires strong English and Spanish communication, plus proficiency with SAP, Google Suite, and MAXIMO for subcontracted sites. On-site work in Getafe with hybrid options where possible.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communications in English and Spanish.
• Advanced usage of collaboration tools (Google Suite) and shared folder structures.
• Logistics and purchase order management experience in SAP.
• Reliability and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Generate DDDs and send them to subcontracting to activate order requests.
• Monitor and record the entire order placement process until the purchase order release.
• Prepare information for IOS approval in C&B.
• Create and follow up MAXIMO for subcontracted sites assignment.
• Track laboratory equipment shipments and receipts across development iterations.
• Approve access to shared folders and manage subscriptions.
• Oversee domain budget consumption and delta budget needs.
• Manage tickets in IT infrastructure tools (MyITSM or ARSI).
