Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking an experienced IT-SAP QM specialist to support and enhance Quality Management in the SAP ERP environment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP QM configuration, strong knowledge of Quality Management in aerospace, and ability to lead projects from requirements to go-live. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ERP QM module configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong understanding of quality management processes in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Experience with SAP QM functionalities: Quality Inspection, Planning, Certificates, Notifications, Audit Management.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP QM and PP, MM, SD, PM.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall and ITIL IT service management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and in a complex international environment.
• SAP QM certification is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP QM solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, PM).
• Provide expert support for existing SAP QM functionalities, including incident resolution, problem management, and performance optimization.
• Lead and participate in SAP QM projects from requirements gathering and blueprinting to testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP QM functionalities.
• Collaborate with business process owners to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative SAP QM solutions.
• Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP QM technologies and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
