Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe is seeking an Information and Documentation Management Specialist. The role focuses on outsourcing coordination, order placement, and documentation control across multiple IT and procurement systems.

You will monitor supplier interactions, validate delivery notes, and support IOS approvals. Hybrid work is available, with a permanent contract and opportunities across admin and documentation streams.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills: negotiation English, Spanish.
• Advanced usage of Collaboration Tools, i.e Google Suite and Shared Folder structures.
• Logistic and purchase order management in SAP.
• Reliability and ability to pay attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Generate the DDDs and coordinate outsourcing for WUs and activation of orders.
• Monitor the entire order placement process and register identifiers until PO release.
• Receive delivery notes and DANs from subcontractors and verify against IOS data.
• Prepare materials for IOS approval in C&B.
• Delegate actions in GESUB for subcontractor management and renewals.
• Create and follow up MAXIMO for subcontractor site assignments.
• Track laboratory equipment shipments and receipts to support engineering schedules.
• Approve access to shared folders and manage domain subscriptions.
• Monitor domain budget consumption and delta budget needs.
