Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Madrid, is seeking an Information and Documentation Management Specialist to oversee order placement, supplier coordination, and subcontracting records across the enterprise.

You will ensure accurate documentation, monitor delivery notes, and support IOS approvals in C&B, while coordinating with GESUB and MAXIMO for subcontracted sites. A professional with SAP logistics experience and strong communication in English and Spanish is needed.

Formación

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Google Suite and shared folder structures.
• Logistics and purchase order management experience using SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Generate the DDDs and route to subcontracting to activate the order request process for WUs; IOS prepares information, negotiates with suppliers, and registers WUs.
• Monitor and record the entire order placement process from interfaces to PO release; ensure internal registration in the established format.
• Receive and validate delivery notes and DANs with IOS inputs and feedback.
• Prepare information for IOS approval in C&B.
• Manage delegation of actions in GESUB for subcontracted personnel registration and renewal.
• Create and follow MAXIMO for subcontracted site assignments.
• Monitor laboratory equipment shipments across iterations to meet engineering schedules.
• Approve access requests to shared folders and manage domain subscriptions.
• Follow up domain budget consumption and delta budget needs.
