Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a Supply Management professional in Getafe to manage the MRTT and SIRTAP VSM supply chain, ensuring timely and budget-compliant material availability. You will work with engineering, production and quality teams to integrate components and optimize procurement.

The role requires a Master’s in Engineering and strong SCM experience, with SAP or ERP proficiency. Hybrid work and extensive development opportunities are offered in a multicultural setting.

Formación

• Master's degree in Engineering; additional MBA/SCM related studies are a plus.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or procurement.
• Knowledge of SCM tools and methodologies; SAP or ERP experience is advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate supply chain for MRTT program, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and monitor performance.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks with proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams for integration of components.
• Perform market and trend analysis to optimize procurement strategies.
• Maintain documentation of supply chain processes and supplier agreements.
• Resolve supply and logistics incidents and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
