Job summary

The Wow Effect Co., a Barcelona-based creative group behind brands like DOIY and EAT MY SOCKS, is seeking an organized Export Customer Service & Operations Specialist to manage international B2B and D2C orders from Barcelona. You will coordinate daily communications with distributors, sales agents and retailers, ensuring smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in export administration, international customer service, order management or sales support.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication with customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong prioritisation, multi-market handling.
• Efficient, autonomous, proactive in tasks.
• Able to adapt across multiple markets and situations.
• Fluent or near-native English; written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage full order process from entry to delivery coordination with accuracy.
• Handle daily communications with distributors, sales agents and retail customers across markets.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues and complaints.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator and internal teams for smooth processing.
• Support B2B and D2C operations across channels.
• Prioritise and follow up across multiple markets and deadlines.
• Improve day-to-day workflows and operational efficiency.
