Job summary

Airbnb is seeking Field Sales Interns to join the EMEA Services team for a 6-month internship. You will focus on acquiring key hosts in Paris, Milan, or Barcelona, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new hosts.

The role involves lead generation, cold outreach, and delivering compelling sales pitches to convert interest into host submissions, with a strong emphasis on community engagement and local market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master’s student or recent graduate with at least 3 years of studies completed.
• One first commercial experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or community engagement.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations.
• Curious, scrappy mindset with eagerness to identify new tactics to source, engage and close leads.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple conversations and leads across platforms.
• Native speaker of French, Italian, and/or Spanish and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads via online research, community engagement and local networking.
• Cold outreach: contact potential hosts through emails, calls and in-person visits.
• Sales Pitches: Deliver persuasive conversations to showcase Airbnb Services and convert interest into host submissions.
• Onboarding: Partner with cross-functional teams to onboard new hosts.
