Ukio is seeking an Intern B2C to join the Sales team in Barcelona. You will gain hands-on experience supporting the rental apartments and guest services across markets, learning the full sales cycle from lead reception to deal closing.

• Currently enrolled in university degree or master's program; internship agreement required.
• C1 English level and C1 Spanish level.
• Strong communication skills and interest in customer relations.
• Flexible, resilient and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
• Interest in hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties.
• Support the sales cycle from lead reception to deal closing.
• Help convert leads into customers under guidance of senior team members.
• Support negotiations and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations.
• Provide personalised support to customers throughout the booking process.
• Maintain clear and personalised communication with clients.
• Draft rental agreement contracts and assist Demand team.
