DWS Group in Madrid is seeking an Enterprise & Domain Architect to design and govern IT solutions at an enterprise scale. You will align technology with business goals, drive digital transformation, and lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Risk and operations.

You will shape target architectures, roadmaps, and transition plans, promote security and regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leaders to deliver high-impact programs in a global asset-management setting.

Formación

• TOGAF knowledge or certification with practical application in large-scale organisations.
• Proven experience in developing technology strategies and architecting solutions across Finance, Risk and operations.
• Strong IT strategy, target-state architecture, roadmaps and transformation planning.
• Experience leading digital transformation incl. cloud adoption, platform modernisation and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Technology Integration: Oversee integration of new technologies into the IT environment for efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders and IT teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Standards and Governance: Establish architectural standards and enforce compliance.
• Risk Management: Identify IT risks and develop mitigation strategies.
