DWS Group in Madrid seeks a Head of Architecture- Spain to lead the local architecture function and drive technology and data strategy across the region.

You will guide end-to-end IT delivery, align with global initiatives, and translate business needs into scalable architectural capabilities while leveraging cloud platforms.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will partner with CTO/CDO, influence executives, and drive ongoing modernization across the estate.

Formación

• Senior architecture and people leadership in financial services or regulated sectors.
• Experience delivering IT solutions from strategy to implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to define target architectures, roadmaps, and governance mechanisms.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the Spain architecture capability and grow the local team.
• Serve as DWS’s senior architecture representative in Spain; shape technology and data strategy.
• Guide technology delivery in Spain from strategy through implementation with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide end-to-end leadership across enterprise, domain, and data architectures.
• Translate business needs into scalable capabilities and future business models.
• Drive architecture transformation; modernize and improve delivery effectiveness.
• Advance cloud and data architecture, focusing on Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform.
