DWS Group in Madrid is seeking a Solution Architect to shape architecture, drive delivery, and collaborate with data and domain architects. The role focuses on breaking down complex requirements, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring strategic architectural decisions align with organizational standards.

The candidate should have a strong background in Java and .NET, experience with cloud deployments (GCP), and knowledge of ABAC/RBAC controls, with a willingness to explore AI-enabled workflows.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java/.Net engineering and architecture.
• Strong Java ecosystem knowledge (J2EE, Spring Boot) and building services.
• Good understanding of .Net, TypeScript, and Python a plus.
• Experience with cloud deployments, preferably GCP, and AI tooling is a plus.
• Experience designing or integrating with ABAC/RBAC (IAM) systems.

Responsabilidades

• Break down functional and non-functional requirements into building blocks and services.
• Coach engineers to implement the suggested designs.
• Collaborate with architects to develop strategy and patterns for delivery across solutions.
• Own and drive the overall solution design and defend designs before design authorities.
• Assess and evaluate new technologies and keep the technology estate up to date.
