DWS Group is seeking an Enterprise & Domain Architect to lead the architecture strategy for its Core Business & Operations. The candidate will align technology with business goals, drive digital transformation, and ensure security and compliance across platforms.

Role involves strategic planning, technology integration, and governance with a strong emphasis on cloud adoption and AI-enabled processes. Hybrid work model offered with global impact.

Formación

• TOGAF knowledge or certification and practical application in large-scale organisations.
• Proven experience developing technology strategies and architecting solutions across Finance, Risk, and operations.
• Strong capability in IT strategy, target-state architecture, roadmap development and transformation planning.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption and automation programmes.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their enterprise applications with responsible data usage.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Technology Integration: Oversee integration of new technologies into the IT environment for efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders and IT teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Standards and Governance: Enforce architectural standards and regulatory compliance.
• Risk Management: Identify IT infrastructure risks and develop mitigation strategies.
