DWS Group, a global asset manager, is seeking a Head of Architecture for Spain based in Madrid. The role leads the architecture function, shaping technology and data strategy, and partnering with CTO and CDO to deliver strategic outcomes.

We are looking for senior leaders with extensive experience in enterprise, domain, data, and technology architecture, strong governance, and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.

Formación

• Senior architecture leadership in financial services or regulated industry.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IT programs from strategy to implementation.
• Strong knowledge across enterprise, domain, data and technology architecture.
• Ability to define target architectures, roadmaps, and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the Spain architecture capability with clear priorities and hiring.
• Serve as senior architecture representative in Spain; align with CTO/CDO priorities.
• Guide technology delivery from strategy to execution; remove impediments and drive outcomes.
• Provide end-to-end leadership across architecture domains and define transition roadmaps.
• Translate business strategy and regulatory needs into scalable, reusable capabilities.
• Drive architecture transformation, modernisation, and governance for data and AI.
• Advance cloud and data architecture (Snowflake, Google Cloud) with secure governance.
