Head of Architecture- Spain at DWS Group in Madrid leads the Spain architecture capability, shaping technology and data strategy and guiding delivery outcomes. You will work with CTO/CDO functions and senior leadership to translate business needs into scalable capabilities.

You will drive cloud and data architecture, including Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform, and push for AI-enabled governance across the organization, delivering measurable improvements.

Formación

• Senior architecture and people leadership experience in financial services.
• Experience leading end-to-end IT delivery from strategy to outcomes.
• Broad expertise across enterprise, domain, solution, data and technology architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the Spain architecture capability with coaching and hiring.
• Shape technology and data strategy and align with CTO/CDO functions.
• Guide delivery from strategy through implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Define target architectures and roadmaps across domains and platforms.
• Translate business needs into scalable, reusable capabilities.
• Drive architecture transformation with modern tech and governance.
• Advance cloud/data architecture, including Snowflake and GCP, with AI governance.
