IQVIA seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to implement site EHS policies, ensuring a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. You will oversee programs regionally, champion improvements, and ensure compliance with corporate and local regulations within a Madrid-based hybrid setup.

The role emphasizes training, risk assessments, CAPA development, and collaboration with senior management to address health and environmental hazards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with regulatory knowledge of environmental and safety laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in a multi-site EHS role is required.
• Certified Safety Professional and/or CIH or eligible for certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site EHS programs to ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate corrective actions from audits and reviews and track progress.
• Train groups on safety procedures and governing environmental laws.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits to proactively identify hazards.
• Develop and track CAPAs and ensure appropriate action is taken.
• Manage EHS resources (committees, safety coordinators, fire marshals, first aiders) and training.
• Collate and monitor site/country EHS KPIs in line with corporate objectives.
