Job summary

Renvolt is seeking an HSE Technician based in Valladolid or Madrid to support O&M safety across Spain. You will conduct inspections, assist investigations and train site teams on safety practices. The role requires travel to sites and collaboration with contractors to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications include two years in HSE, FP Superior in risk prevention, and fluent Spanish with good English. Knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years in a Health, Safety and Environment role.
• Experience with contractors/subcontractors in operational settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and laws.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Provide daily HSE guidance to operations teams and contractors.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure control measures are applied.
• Verify compliance with PTW, LOTO, electrical safety and critical safety requirements.
• Monitor PPE and emergency preparedness resources.
• Deliver HSE inductions and toolbox talks.
• Maintain HSE records and performance indicators.
• Travel regularly to sites and support international activities.
