Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Digital Training Tools Technician to support several digital training applications and contribute to QA and platform administration.

Based in Madrid or L'Hospitalet de l'Infant with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with global teams across the US and Europe, ensuring user needs are understood and delivered with high quality.

Formación

• Formal training in Web applications or a related topic.
• 1+ years of previous experience with e-learning and digital training tools, digital product design, software development and technology.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Figma, Postman, or ServiceNow is also interesting.

Responsabilidades

• User support. You will bring the voice of the customer to the technical team and will be an important part in understanding the needs and pain points of our users.
• Quality Assurance. You will help the team verify the new features and fixes introduced in the products are meeting the expected quality level. Even though we belief on automated testing, we also rely on expert human verification.
• Platform administration. You will have an active role in administering the platforms for digital training we run in the company.
• Technical support. You will provide second level support to the Help Desk team when they need additional help.
