Westinghouse Nuclear Spain SAU is seeking a Digital Training Tools Technician to support digital training applications and QA processes. You will collaborate with teams across the US and Europe, ensuring our training tools meet high quality and usability standards.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule and requires strong communication skills, a customer mindset, and experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Figma, Postman, or ServiceNow.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience with e-learning and digital training tools.
• Experience with digital product design, software development, and technology.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Figma, Postman or ServiceNow is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide user support and voices of customers to the technical team.

About The Role

As a Digital Training Tools Technician you will be part of a team supporting several applications for digital training. Your mission is to contribute to the support and quality assurance of our digital training tools.

You will work with colleagues and users globally, especially in the US and Europe.

You will work with our web applications and software management tools such as Azure DevOps, Figma, Postman, or ServiceNow.

We use an iterative, team-based approach for our development process and work close to other teams and profiles, such as business, user experience, graphical design, training developers, help desk, or IT to achieve our goals. Constant dialogue with all of them is an expectation for all the members of our team.

We work in an open-communication environment, and you are expected to feel comfortable working in a team, with frequent communication and dialog with all the team members.

We are looking for a team player.

You will report to the Digital Training Tools Manager and be located at Madrid or L'Hospitalet de l'Infant.

Hybrid work schedule.

Main Responsibilities

• User support. You will bring the voice of the customer to the technical team and will be an important part in understanding the needs and pain points of our users.
• Quality Assurance. You will help the team verify the new features and fixes introduced in the products are meeting the expected quality level. Even though we belief on automated testing, we also rely on expert human verification.
• Platform administration. You will have an active role in administering the platforms for digital training we run in the company.
• Technical support. You will provide second level support to the Help Desk team when they need additional help.

Qualifications

• Formal training (secondary or higher level) in Web applications or a related topic.
• 1+ years of previous experience with e-learning and digital training tools, digital product design, software development and technology.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Figma, Postman, or ServiceNow is also interesting.
