Henry Schein Iberia is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Leader Iberia to shape our digital strategy across the Iberian market. You will align business needs with technology, customer experience and digital growth, coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners.

You will drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize eCommerce platforms, and connect Iberia with the EMEA Digital & eCommerce organization, delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital/ecommerce transformation and cross‑functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and marketing tech stack.
• Proven ability to connect business needs with technology and customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Define and coordinate the Digital & eCommerce roadmap across Iberia in line with priorities.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on growth, UX and efficiency.
• Act as the main connector between Iberia and the EMEA Digital & eCommerce org.
• Coordinate local digital projects with Marketing, Sales, IT and partners.
• Drive evolution of eCommerce platforms and customer journeys.
• Identify opportunities to improve CX and translate into initiatives.
• Prioritize developments and investments with stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in SEO, SEM, CRO, Marketing Automation and Analytics.
• Support implementation and adoption of new digital tools.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Share knowledge and promote best practices across Iberia and EMEA.
