Henry Schein is seeking a senior leader to drive the commercial expansion of BioHorizons Camlog in Spain and Portugal. You will oversee a sales and marketing team, with back-office and logistics support, executing global GORG strategies tailored to local markets.

This role demands collaboration with global marketing, products & solutions, and the Henry Schein Dental partner network to unlock synergies and maximize market penetration.

Formación

• Bachelor-level business degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in medical devices with proven commercial success and leadership experience.
• Experience leading sales teams in a matrix organization and across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and sales analytics capabilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial strategy and profitability across Spain and Portugal.
• Partner with finance on annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with senior leadership and shape regional strategy.
• Build and execute integrated sales and education strategies for local markets.
• Develop local marketing initiatives and pricing strategies; manage CRM implementation.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team; foster growth and collaboration.
• Travel 40–60% to cover assigned markets and opportunities.
