Job summary

Accenture in Madrid seeks a Deal Structuring & Pricing professional to shape financials for outsourcing and consulting engagements, driving client value and growth. You will design models, analyze budgets, and present P&L and cash flow under US GAAP.

The role requires 3 years in finance, a Finance/Accounting degree, fluency in English (Portuguese a plus), and ability to work across sales, legal, and finance in a hybrid, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 3 years in finance-related roles (audit, accounting, controlling, reporting, or commercial finance).
• Proficiency in US GAAP and financial modeling (Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese a plus; travel as needed.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with interest in pricing and deal strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial design and modeling of new business opportunities.
• Apply pricing methodologies to align with strategic goals and maximize value.
• Analyze client budgets to establish baselines and identify cost structures and savings opportunities.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Represent deal financials in internal approval forums and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
