JAGGAER in Madrid is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide first-line functional support to customers and suppliers using the JAGGAER platform. You will resolve basic technical questions, understand customer workflows, and connect users with the right internal teams to ensure a reliable experience.

The role requires professional proficiency in Spanish and English, strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to customers and suppliers using the JAGGAER platform, including first-line assistance with technical issues.
• Act as a connection point between customers and internal teams such as Development, Project Management, and Professional Services.
• Analyze customer and project-specific interfaces and workflows to understand issues and identify practical solutions.
• Manage customer relationships and escalations with appropriate ownership and follow-through.
• Maintain knowledge of in-house solutions and translate technical concepts into clear, accessible explanations for non-technical audiences.
