Air Products in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona area, seeks a Customer Payment Resolution Specialist for its Credit & Collections team. The role is in a hybrid setup with 3 remote days and 2 office days after onboarding.

You will drive timely payments, handle inquiries, and collaborate with sales and finance across Europe. Qualifications include Polish and English proficiency, completed studies, and experience in collections or customer communications.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish (C2/native) and a communicative level of English.
• Completed studies (degree not required, but any completed studies are required).
• Experience handling inbound/outbound customer communications by phone and email, preferably within Credit & Collections.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely collections of outstanding balances from customers according to policy.
• Respond to customer calls and emails within targets and address complaints.
• Coordinate with customer services and sales about disputed items and payment issues.
• Provide backup support for other collectors and liaise with team lead on credit issues.
• Maintain accurate logs of customer information.
